We can ship Domestic and International.

International are sorted into 6 zones.

    (Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam only.)
  • Canada, UK and Europe
    (Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and UK)
  • United state of Amerika
  • Rest of the world
    (Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, India, Mexico, Sri Lanka, Uruguay)

Note : International Courier service is only available to major cities in India.

Return policy

Goods (including packaging) must be returned in a saleable condition and with a copy of the invoice and must be within 7 days from date of delivery. Freight charges are not refundable.

Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, eg. to the credit card you used to make the purchase.
If a refund is processed to your credit card there can be a bank processing delay of a few days.

Goods bought at a clearance price are not refundable. If your item included any “special offer parts free of charge”, these must be returned at the same time or their value may be deducted from your refund.

No returned goods will be accepted where they have been fitted or used or are in a soiled condition (including packaging).

In some case,
We can accept returns if un-open or original packed / the item have not been fitted or used.
A handling charge /  Re-inspection on returned goods of ($50 + 10% of the purchase price ) will be charged.

JDM Parts has no liability for goods that have been incorrectly ordered.
The Buyer is responsible to ensure that the goods are correct and suitable prior to fitting.

If the goods are faulty please email us or phone first before sending your goods back to us.
