Backorder Products

Backorder is an order that is temporarily not available for purchase at the moment. These items could be very popular products that get sold very quickly, which makes the demand surge. Because of the demand, customers can reserve and pay for these items pending when they are available. It means a customer orders and pays for the product waiting for the store to ship it once it is in stock.

Return policy

Goods (including packaging) must be returned in a saleable condition and with a copy of the invoice and must be within 7 days from date of delivery. Freight charges are not refundable.
No returned goods will be accepted where they have been fitted or used or are in a soiled condition (including packaging).

Note : The buyer must contact us with in 5 business days ( from the date of order ) by Email.

Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, eg. to the credit card you used to make the purchase.
If a refund is processed to your credit card there can be a bank processing delay of a few days.

Goods bought at a clearance price are not refundable. If your item included any “special offer parts free of charge”, these must be returned at the same time or their value may be deducted from your refund.

No returned goods will be accepted where they have been fitted or used or are in a soiled condition (including packaging).

– Seconds and Clearance items / Sale items (includes sales marked as ‘Sale’ from stores).
– Customised and special orders (see your salesperson for further details).
– Shipping, delivery, and installation (includes some other labour )fees.
– Commercial purchase.

In some case,
We can accept returns if un-open or original packed / the item have not been fitted or used.
A handling charge ( Re-inspection cost / Re-Listing labour / Refurbish cost  / some other cost ) on returned goods of (Minimum $50 + 10% of the purchase price ) will be charged.
Note 1: Freight charges are not refundable.
Note 2 : “No returned goods will be accepted where they have been fitted or used or are in a soiled condition (including packaging)”

JDM Parts has no liability for goods that have been incorrectly ordered.
The Buyer is responsible to ensure that the goods are correct and suitable prior to fitting.

If the goods are faulty please email us or phone first before sending your goods back to us.
